We can ship our most products to almost every country and can offer a free shipping service for most of them. We do not ship to: South Sudan, Yemen, Crimea, and Syria.
For some blasters and parts we can not provide shipping to some countries, please check the checkout page.

GOT A BLASTERMOD ACCOUNT?
Log into your account through the online store, check out the fulfilment status against your recent order. If the order has been fulfilled, click onto the order information & you can find your tracking information there.

I DON'T HAVE A BLASTERMOD ACCOUNT YET
As soon as your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email titled "Your order is on the way". You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link on the email. If you haven't received an email yet, not to worry! We're working on getting this to you ASAP.

Tips: If the tracking information on the order page is still not updated within 5 working days, you can visit 17track to track the package or contact us for more information.

If you placed order with wrong information (Changing the item or sizeDelivery/billing address, Adding items to your order,Shipping method...) please contact us before the order is shipped out, and we will help you to correct it and ship with correct information.

If the order has been shipped, We cannot correct the information, please check the order information before placed order.

*IF YOU INPUT THE INCORRECT ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT, WE CAN NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE IF THE ORDER GOES MISSING. WE ARE NOT LIABLE TO REFUND/REPLACE THIS ORDER.

If your order has not been shipped, please contact us,we will cancel your order directly, the refund will automatically return to your payment account.

If your order has been processed, we are sorry to inform you that the processed order does not support cancellation at the moment. If you are not satisfied with the goods after receiving the goods, you can contact us to assist in handling.

You can take some photos or a short video showing the content of the package you received and send them to us through return/repair at Contact us or at your order list. We will do our best to assist you shortly after receiving your query.
